Information accessed

With the owner's authorization, Hermes accesses YouTube channel identifiers, channel details, video information, and channel analytics and reports.

Uploads use video files, titles, descriptions, and other settings supplied for that task. OAuth credentials let the integration access the authorized channel.

How the information is used

Hermes uses this information to identify the intended channel, answer channel questions, upload requested videos, and assess video performance.

This is a personal integration. This website does not offer account registration or collect Google credentials.

Storage and service providers

The integration runs on infrastructure managed by the owner. Its deployment stores OAuth credentials in encrypted configuration and supplies them to Hermes at runtime.

Downloaded reporting data can be cached locally. Task data may also appear in conversation records or service logs.

Google processes API requests and uploaded videos. Hosting providers process data needed to run the integration.

When channel information forms part of an assistant task, configured AI providers may process that information. Messaging services may process results sent through them.

These services have their own privacy policies. This policy does not describe their independent data practices.

Retention and deletion

Stored credentials support continued access until they are removed or become invalid. Cached reports and conversation records may remain until manually deleted.

Videos uploaded to YouTube remain there until removed through YouTube. Removing local integration data does not remove those videos.

Revoke Google access

You can revoke this app's access in your Google Account connections.

Revocation stops further authorized access. It does not automatically delete information already stored by the integration.

Website visitors

This website contains no forms, advertising, analytics scripts, or application cookies. The hosting provider may process connection details, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the website.
